His words, they stand like flames
On the eyelid of my gaze
A stomach swells with butterflies
That brood and burst delicately within its maze
A silence sweeps down
Past the glow of lips so young
He opens up to speak
And swallows up the passioned sun
By day, by night, consumed
A perspiration I cannot shake
The heat within my virgin breast
Burns deep through sleep and wake
Oh pain, Oh pain
So awful, sweet, and real
How cruel is your caress
With this torment I long to feel
And though he ceases in presense
Can he still hear my sighs
Does he feel the pressure touch his heart
As a tightly close my eyes...
